4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Prices are subject to change without notice. We accept payment methods available at checkout. By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
SmartPrime is a non-VAT registered business. Prices shown are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.
5. Orders and Order Confirmation
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We are not liable for errors in orders placed by the customer.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship within the Philippines only. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping option. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. SmartPrime is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
7. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed for fulfillment. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@smartprimesolutions.com.
8. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it before purchasing.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in General Santos City, South Cotabato, Philippines.
